UPDATE 8/9/18: Sterling is now under new management in the leasing office and I have a feeling things are going to turn around for the positive. I spoke with the new manager last night and she seems very concerned about how their residents are treated. I'm giving 3 stars now (up from just1) and will update once I see more progress. The Management of this property are the WORST. They lied and will not do what they've promised. They avoid your calls. Too many problems to type but the main one right now is the wi fi never works like ever.
Either people are getting paid to write reviews or they don't live here, nothing is finished and it is already september, we live in a building that is still being constructed, there are workers walking around all the time, the pool is not finished and it has been 3 weeks since the move in date, it seems like sterling is waiting for it to be winter to open the pool. 2 weeks and the package system has not been set up, the vr tour showed many games in the "chill" area in the middle of the building, I can't see any of them even... read more
We sgned a lease and told it was the lowest price they would have and that proces where only going up. This was a bait and switch as the same apartment is more than 200 dolllars a month less. So if you signed early the deal is you pay over 2000 dollars a month more. Apartments werent ready in time. Even when we could move in very few things were complete. Paint on my mattress i have been trying to get changed out over a week. Manager will not return phone calls or emails. I would not recomenned these apartments to anyone. Oh... read more
