My daughter and her roommates went without a functional heat and air unit from October to March. My mother had to get involved before the girls were offered fans, space heaters (which are not safe) and electric blankets. They would tell the girls the air was getting fixed or a new until was ordered. They took advantage of these girls for months. I think the corporate office needs back the local staff. RecommendedSterling was a good place to live during the school year. Amenities were good, and the staff were nice. There are definitely things that could/need to be improved or more clearly clarified, but overall was a good experience.

Lived in Courtyards for half year in 2014 and after almost five years, I still remember the noises coming from my neighbor at midnight.
RecommendedI recommend CCA to all of my friends. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Above all else. Wins over other downtown apartments because of location. I feel safe walking around unlike other residences farther put King. Warm and helpful staff!
