We had a rough start but sterling really came through at the end, if you have a problem with your apartment someone will come within 24 hrs and the workers are very nice, I like how they have small activities during the week like Monday rush, supper with sterling wag Wednesday and cookie Friday! They are very accommodating. I signed the lease for another year with sterling and I know they won’t disappoint , the only thing that could use some change is the wifi, especially Sunday nights!! Really enjoy the location. 10 minutes away from basically everywhere I need to go to on campus and of course a few steps away from Northgate. Staff is always helpful and nice.
Real talk here. Sterling would be nothing without Zachary. Zachary helped my roommate and I during fall move, and literally got on his hands and knees cleaning our apartment. I mean everyone else is chill too and sterling isn’t to shabby but Zachary is the man.

Sterling is by far the best place to live here in cstat! The amenities are top notch and the staff is always there to help. Maintenance gets any of your problems resolved very quickly! Zach has helped me with all of my leasing concerns so definitely work with him if you have the chance!!
Moving into Sterling Northgate was the best decision ever. All the staff here have been very helpful and outgoing especially Zach! Maintenance gets everything fix very quickly and efficiently. If you are looking for a amazing place to live, you should definitely move into Sterling and ask for Zach to help you.
Sterling is the best place to live in College Station. The staff is always helpful and fully accommodating to any of my needs or concerns. Zach was especially helpful and was the first person to greet me when I came to Sterling. Living here has been great and the amenities are amazing!!
