I have lived at Sterling for two years and I’ve had a good experience during that time. The pool and gym are really nice and the management does a lot for all of us. I recommend signing here especially if you enjoy being close to campus.

This is a great property I was looking around college station and sterling is by far the best bang for your buck and I would recommend staying here, their staff is very friendly and Victor was so nice on our tour. 10/10 recommend!!
Sterling was a good place to live during the school year. Amenities were good, and the staff were nice. There are definitely things that could/need to be improved or more clearly clarified, but overall was a good experience.
I loved the location, well lit and secure. The complex is clean and feels safe. The management and staff are courteous and friendly. I would recommend this complex to anyone.
Un-secure doors. Sky bridge connecting to College Station building has no lock and can be accessed by everyone. It's October and not all of the residents have garage gate fobs yet. Resulted in an open and un-secure garage gate allowing intruders to enter. Constantly closed amenities. Pool is closed 1/5 of the time. Raised rates for returning residents. Discrimination in enforcement of certain parts of the contract. Wouldn’t allow some residents to hang signs on balcony and wo...Continue Reading
