I arrived at 9:30 for my 20k checkup on my 2017 RX350. I was greeted by the coordinator or service ma. He asked if I had a service person yet. I did not. He introduced me to me Grant Miles my service consultant. Mr. Grant Miles brought up my account showing services needed. He also shared with me I have a recall on the back up signal computer and would receive with out charge. After completion of service he explained the invoice and any future service schedule.
