I have my own service representative. I can text him when I want an appointment, etc. They always do an excellent job with my repairs plus they clean my car when finished. The service staff are all friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I have wonderful experience with Sterling McCall Lexus. My vehicle was repaired here some months ago, every thing worked perfect. Just that a recent flat tire made us look for wheel key, and it was missing, along with some other tools from trunk compartment. It was first checked at North Side Lexus body shop, trunk items were removed there. Please advise if missing tools can be replaced for safety and convenience reasons, and if it is a covered expense!!?
