Very efficient, service advisor Jairo was knowledgable and friendly and able to explain noise on idle I asked about (normal fuel pump functioning). Service here is altogether a great experience- a bit pricey but on the other hand a first class dealership.
It actually took longer than 1.5 hour with a scheduled appointment. They don’t give you a key when they are done, just an invoice. You pay and bring your receipt to a valet. He hands you the keys and points to your car. You walk to your car ... and cannot start it because it is the WRONG key! Walk back and they ask for receipt again!! What is the point if you just gave me the wrong one and only 2 Lexuses are ready?! What does valet do exactly?
