RecommendedI had an issue with my driver window. Sterling McCall got me in the same day and gave me a loaner while they checked the few things I needed checked. They did a great job and Christian was very professional and kept me updated throughout the process.
Overall good experience. Needed oil change so went there Bc there were two recalls they had to check out. Only complaint would be the guy on the phone setting the appt up said a few hours and when I got there they gave me a loaner vehicle Bc they said I wouldn’t have my car back til the next day. Not a huge deal but would’ve appreciated knowing that upfront. Juan was super friendly. Thanks to Emad! we were able to leave this weekend with the 2020 RDX A-Spec SH-AWD! We had previously went to a different dealership and they were not able to help us in our situation.
