Ansar Aligour was very patient with us and was able to help with all our problems. He was also really kind. It took a long time and not once did he get frustrated or stop helping us. The people are friendly they seem to care about your needs and your concerns helpful they don’t push you on trying to have a unnecessary repairs, as some dealerships do.
Ansar was the best salesman ever. We felt like friends rather than customers. Never any pressure to purchase....he gave us privacy to talk together which we appreciated. After purchasing our 2020 RDX we returned to get more help with some of the tech stuff (most is over my head). He patiently went thru it again & made me use it to insure I was confident & comfortable. He is a superb person.
Bought a used vehicle from your dealership 5/11/2019. 300 miles later...(three hundred miles) The vehicle required 4500.00 worth of repairs. Major repair... rockers, heads, oil pump, oil pan gasket, etc...to make things worse, the used car manager was like, "nothing we can do". We will never buy another vehicle (new or used) from this establishment.

So, my wife's 2016 Acura MDX ac compressor decided to crap out at 77k miles. Took the car to Sterling mccall acura (we bought the car here) to see if there's anything can be done. They gave my wife a loaner Acura TL. A service advisor names Tim Machuka called us back few days later. I was told the repair cost is around $1200. It seems they have a history of issues with service department. However when you tell a customer you called Acura and filed a claim on their behalf and actually didn’t that’s fraud. Not sure if this is typical practice here but any future Acura service I need will be going elsewhere.
Service advisor lied to me and forced me to get a service I didn't need, and when I emailed the GM asking for help, no one ever got back to me!
