My mother bought a vehicle there on April 11th. We live in illinois and they still haven’t finished the tax paper work or titling paper work and they can’t give us the number or any contact info as to how to resolve the problem. We need this resolved ASAP. This is just the most recent issue. They delivered the vehicle with a tire lower than 3/32 tread and an employee stated they didn’t do an inspection.
