Easy to communicate with and schedule. Had them stain and seal an interior office door. Rating as 4 stars because the initial estimate was $100 and the end cost was $150, plus there were some smudges in the finish (minor). I would probably use Sterling Construction again.

Steve from Sterling Construction did a fantastic job replacing missing roof shingles and installing a new security light. My timeline was tight due to weather and he was super accommodating. I will most certainly hire him again for future jobs!
Steve always kept me informed on any changes or delays. The cost ended up a little higher than his quote.
Warning: A person needs to follow behind him. Also,his written estimate was very vague. One example, I needed to ask him to add balusters 4 times. We asked him to match existing exterior patio handrail, since one sits in front of the other. Another thing, he did not know what ADA standards are, for wheelchairs, even though he said he did. The exterior ramp balusters were needed so a wheelchair will not roll off the side of the ramp.
