Overall the backsplash installed looks very good. After purchasing tile form the wholesaler Steve recommended we ended up increasing the scope of work to include our bathrooms. The sales associate called and spoke with Steve about this and I called later to confirm and inquire about the cost. He quoted me an extra $250 to install the tile in the bathrooms, but when all was said and done up charged to $450 with no explanation. For this reason I will not be using them again.
They have very good service!

Friendly when they came seemed reliable but never gave me a bid for the work.

Did a nice job even though it seemed a bit pricey.
