Steve was great, very attentive and solved my problems.
Very nice and professional. They were accurate about the time the project would take.
Steve did a nice job installing trim around our windows. He cleaned up before he left and was timely
I paid him by credit card over the phone and he was suppose to send me a receipt for my payment, I called him 3 times and my called him once. He never called us back and I never got a receipt. This is a rental home so I needed the receipt for taxes. I explained this to him and he said he would send it as soon as he got to the office. Over a week not and still no call back for a receipt.
Steve showed up on time and prepared. His son Nick did outstanding work of prepping and painting some exterior trim. Steve completed all the items quoted efficiently and in a timely manner. They left their work areas clean. I will use their services again in the future.
I had a list of small projects that needed to be accomplished in preparation for a home sale. Steve Gibson was willing to spend the time necessary to understand the nature of each project - he made it easy by providing me with a single price for everything that needed to be done; a price that I thought was fair. He arrived when he said he would arrive and completed the work on time.
Steve Gibson provided a written estimate before I OK'd the work. He also provided recommendations for the type of door to install which I appreciated. He arrived on time and had all the required tools and supplies to finish the exterior door installation, including equipment to keep the work area clean during and after the work was completed.

He did a good job on the repairs, but the patch on the wall was a little messy and I had to touch it up. He charged me more than he said he was going to, though.
