Customer Very POOR customer service. Not enough staff to properly assist customer. Lost a piece of my dry cleaning, no follow up.

AWFUL PLACE This place is horrible and you get what you pay for. I should have known how horrible they were eight months ago when they tried giving me someone else's stuff and when I bitched loud enough, one of their workers gave me a gift certificate for free garments. I decided to give them a second chance and use the certificate. They wouldn't honor it because they said they were under new ownership, even after talking with the owner who was a fat troll. Horrible If you want quality customer service and quality service on your garments this is not the place to go!! They ruined a pair of pants and refused to acknowledge it! They even went so far to say I stained my clothes -even though the garment went in w/o a dye stain and came back dye all over my pants. There are no managers on duty and they are not helpful at all. Their response is SORRY! It??s worth the extra dollar to go elsewhere for QUALITY and CARE!! NEVER GOING BACK!

Awesome! I really love the prices, I tend to buy things from G.W. and it helps with the low cost of cleaning. Everyone is nice when I come in, they could use extra help during the busy time of the day mornings and evenings.

Looking for a value in drycleaning - - In / out - - usually very busy but given the inexpensive price explains why - - I wouldn't necessarily take anything "real expensive" there and nothing you want to stay white. But just regular jeans, shirts, slacks, coats - perfect. You get the value for sure.
