Horrible If you want quality customer service and quality service on your garments this is not the place to go!! They ruined a pair of pants and refused to acknowledge it! They even went so far to say I stained my clothes -even though the garment went in w/o a dye stain and came back dye all over my pants. There are no managers on duty and they are not helpful at all. Their response is SORRY! Itâs worth the extra dollar to go elsewhere for QUALITY and CARE!! NEVER GOING BACK!

Like Veronica, another customer that responded, I also drive from the 46229 (east) area and have been visiting this clean for over a year and have found the work exceptional! I was most impressed when I found a small label on a pair of dress paints informing me that the stain was not overlooked but they attempted to treat it but didnât want to damage the fabric. Awesome! I really love the prices, I tend to buy things from G.W. and it helps with the low cost of cleaning. Everyone is nice when I come in, they could use extra help during the busy time of the day mornings and evenings.
AWFUL PLACE This place is horrible and you get what you pay for. I should have known how horrible they were eight months ago when they tried giving me someone else's stuff and when I bitched loud enough, one of their workers gave me a gift certificate for free garments. I decided to give them a second chance and use the certificate. They wouldn't honor it because they said they were under new ownership, even after talking with the owner who was a fat troll. Great price, reasonable wait, fast service They were busy, but I understand why. At the prices they are charging, it makes sense that they are busy. I just dropped of my clothes, but I have high hopes! I will update when i get my close back. Where is everyone getting these coupons? I can't find them anywhere.
