Rent is high for what you get. On the minus side -They should not advertise free WiFi as it rarely works even with a booster. Also they should convert to stackable washer dryer because the all in one doesn’t really dry clothes. Lastly electric bill was much higher than told to expect. I would also suggest a small dehumidifier for your own bedroom. I do not like that you cannot have control over your own thermostat. While we have really loud neighbors!! My roommate and I like it here!
I absolutely love the front desk staff! They are so kind and sweet in how they treat their residents. Whenever I need to stop by the office, I am always greeted by smiling faces. I will miss this when after graduating from COFC and leaving Charleston!
Great location, beautiful apartment in a safe building with wonderful amenities. What more could you ask for? And to have the college gym located in your building, that's just the icing on the cake!
