RecommendedI absolutely ADORE living in my sterling apartment! When I choose a home I look for location, staff, maintenance, quality and care. The sterling center apartment earns a 5 star rating for #1 being in the heart of downtown, #2 their beyond helpful staff, #3 the quick and thorough Maintenance team. Sterling earned its fourth and fifth star from their star worker Savannah. She goes out of her way to show she cares and assures quality for every resident. I would recommend this place TO EVERY COLLEGE STUDENT!
Good place to stay nice rooms and it’s very convent for people staying downtown
Great location. In walking distance from everything you need! The Staff is the best. Select rooms have great views of downtown Charleston. Lease now!
I thoroughly enjoyed living at CCA last year! The front office staff is very welcoming, helpful, and positive about their positions within the company. The maintenance technicians were always super quick to respond to any and all service requests within a couple of hours. The location is great, and the option of parking garage parking is wonderful! Would recommend!
By far best apartments that I lived at. If it’s ever a problem Ally and Shelby always are so nice and helps me with problem!
It’s a good and nice place. I like it because it located right in the downtown. I have everything I need around me. I like the comfort and self privacy in the apartment. I really recommend this place!
Stay away from this place! Sarah’s dryer did not work for the entire year. Air Conditioning did not work during summer months but she received a 90.00 bill for July electricity. Maintenance broke a pipe and her bedroom flooded. That wasn’t resolved correctly and black mold started spreading. Her apartment smelled so bad during June and July that she couldn’t stand to sleep there.
Be aware!!! If your child moves out when school is out in May, but before the lease is up in August, they will charge you for everything the other roommates may do to the unit after you have left and RETURNED YOUR KEYS! Including trash, even though you have had no access to the unit for MONTHS and left if in good shape when you moved out and had them check you in May. TERRIBLE policy and management.
