In 1997, we recognized the need for high-quality student housing. The Dinerstein Companies responded by forming Sterling Housing. Today, Sterling Housing is the largest off-campus student housing developer in the country. RecommendedThe apartments’ location is impeccable! You cannot beat it. For the price you pay you get all the amenities you could need including parking for extra which is right across the street. The inside of the apartment is great, has amenities like in unit washer/dryer, stovetop, dishwasher, etc. The problems I have ran into are mostly about the washer/dryer since it is very small it can easily become clogged if you have pets or try to wash too many clothes at once. Otherwise great place!
I love living here! The view is amazing and they keep the halls and elevators clean. It’s so close to campus and the gym. My roommates and I have so much fun living here.
I have really enjoyed living in this building with all my friends! The trash valet is really convenient, and the courtyard has an amazing environment! They answer your work orders really quickly and ensure that your stay in this building is flawless! :)
Sterling Campus Center is a great place to live! It is in a great location and is a great atmosphere for college students. My roommates and I have enjoyed living here and have had a great experience with the staff! Overall, great place to live as a college student.
Sterling Campus Center (CCA) is a great place to live. My roommate and I live on the 8th floor and have a great view of the campus and the cistern. It’s location is perfect as it is right next to campus. It allows for a lot of choices with its quick access to king street as well. The place is kept very clean and the people who work here are very nice and helpful. They always have fun stuff going on for their residents. I would very highly recommend living at Sterling Campus Center
My daughter has not moved in yet, but we have had the best experience getting set up and questions answered all summer by Shelby Rodgers. She is thorough, professional, and prompt.
I lived here freshman year , the Staff and maintenance are really helpful and quick!! 5/5 stars
Brianne is the best in the business
My move in experience wasn’t the greatest, but they went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and satisfied. They didn’t even hesitate to come in and help. Quell and Bri especially were VERY patient & sweet & assisted me with whatever I needed which was greatly appreciated. I would 100% recommend living here especially since the staff does the most to make sure every resident has what they need.
