I have been seeing Dr. Sterley for more than 20 years and he is a great and caring dentist! I can’t say enough good things about him and his staff. After a few changes to weed out a couple undesirables his staff is now wonderful!
Dr. Sterley is wonderful and my Hygienist Judy is the best.
I've been going to Dr. Sterley since I was a little kid. I left to help a friend with his practice but it was to far and not as nice. I'll never change again. He's just never going to be able to retire. The staff is always as nice and pleasant as can be too.
I've never I'd any of the issues described. I get my teeth cleaned every four months... Not one cavity in my entire life.
Dirk is a fantastic human and dentist, I recommend him to anyone. However, the office staff is was so disproportionately lacking and problematic it took over 15 minutes to pay my bill for X-rays. 4 phone calls later I had an appointment for a fix; and then when I got confirmation call for appointment, I received a lecture on how I still had more paperwork to sign. Goes out of his way to provide the best pain free service. When I lost part of a tooth he came in to see me during a holiday and fixed it without having to remove the tooth.
I was referred to Dr. Sterley approximately 28 years ago after being treated by a well known dentist in Indy who couldn't resolve my pain issues. Dr. Sterley found the problem and I have been treated by him ever since. I have had numerous fillings and crowns from Dr. Sterley as well as cleanings from his hygienists and have always received the best of care. Dr. Sterley's chair-side manner is the best. He is gental and truly cares about your dental health. I would highly recommend him for your dental care!
