I went to this barbershop and was very disappointed with my experience. The lady who cut my beard did not follow the instructions I clearly gave her, and instead did something completely different. What made it worse was her rude and racist attitude during the service. Customers should never be treated this way. I felt very uncomfortable, and I will not be coming back.
