I lost my home for a year due to a fire and had to use storage and stay in an apartment for the rebuild. I have nothing bad to say about this facility except that it would be nice if they had a little bit later business hours on weekdays so I took away a star for that. Other than that the unit and facility was clean and I was impressed that the snow was always cleared quickly from in front of my unit door last winter. I rented a unit from Michael and Nicodemus and can't say enough good things about this facility. Its clean, well maintained and is a really good value compared to the place with the orange doors I moved from and the bad experience I had to go with it. So glad to be here instead.
I have been charged a 'late fee' & have had my possessions locked denying me access, for questioning an obvious over charge for a truck rental, that was also paid in full. The payment for the Storage was 'taken' for the truck, which was overcharged by two days & extra mileage. I and my bank questioned the charges, & asked for a clarification of them.
