This autobody shop has had my vehicle for almost a full month. Today was the 3rd time that I have been lied to about the completion time and when the car would be ready and have the work completed. The car was initially dropped off on 12/22 and I was told "it might be take two weeks or so to fix because of the holidays". We were. Outstanding service from start to finish. Towed my vehicle to the shop on Tremont Street, took care of insurance correspondence, and made great repairs. Customer service went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Repair was finished a week late, with very poor communication throughout the entire process. They continually delaying my pick up date with an automated text and no explanation why. I couldn't get information when I called. They never provided a description of their repairs before or after the job, even when I asked. Only positive was that they dealt with insurance company directly, but given their lack of transparency with me, I'm concerned they overcharged the insurance company. I wish that I could give this company 6 stars! I haven’t seen our truck look this good since the day it rolled off the lot. We were involved in a minor collision and they repaired our vehicle in no time. They completely detailed our vehicle and I would recommend them for all your collision needs!
