I was looking for a new dentist and Dr. Rottjakob came highly recommended by a friend. Before I even had a chance to call I had a crown break on a back molar. On a Sunday I called to leave a message so that I would be in the call queue early on Monday morning. Within minutes I received a call back from the doctor offering that I come in on Monday at 12:30. Everyone was so friendly and kind. Needless to say, I was impressed with the service and the team...and glad to find my new dentist.
Dr. Rottjakob and his staff are an excellent group. They all are professionals in the best sense. I have been a patient of theirs for 28 years and will continue to be even though I moved out of the area where their office is. Whether it is a cleaning, a root canal, a crown, porcelain veneers, contacting me to remind me of an appointment, keeping excellent records, using state of the art dentistry technology (and always taking the time to explain the details) or answering a question, the entire staff goes well above and beyon... read more
My family and I have been patients for more than 29 years. We relocated to Gilroy about 24 years ago and continued to entrust Dr. Rottjakob and his staff to take care of our dental needs. The Doctor and his staff are very professional, friendly, caring and trustworthy. Each visit is a pleasant experience. It's like visiting friends, that really cares about your general well being and dental health/needs. In one word - OUTSTANDING
