Very pleased with my sales lady Jessica. She had what I was looking for. We did a quick sales at the end and I was out the door with my new Highlander 2019
Very friendly service bay check-ln individual young man and service rep we settled with when Venza was finished with 24-month inspection.. Enjoyed the tasty coffee in waiting room, was provided info and showed a few new vehicles on my dream list by friendly sales manager. Had my FJ serviced at same time and tech discovered worn-out axle/brake seal, parts were ordered and will take back this next week. Good experience.
