Went for an oil change and they said we needed an $800 repair. Took the car to our local mechanic who said "it's nothing to worry about." Dealerships are a rip-off!!!
Bought a truck at the end of last year, paid 4,000 + dollars for all the b.s. service stuff. Less than a week after I bought the truck it threw a check engine code. Called to see about getting it checked out. They told me it would be 3 1/2 weeks before they could even check the code. Let alone do any work/ get parts. Fast forward to the first service. I came in for an oil change, left in a newer used truck... sales, and finance department were great to work with! Roberto Flores was my sales guy, he worked to get me the price I wanted. Bill White got me the financing I needed at a good rate. Thanks to all involved
We purchased the “Gold Plan” don’t do it!! Total scam. $4000 and they won’t even paint a small ding on our car.
If you buy with cash, the price is thousands more than advertised. Bullshit.
