Very pleasantly surprised at our experience. We're older and would strongly recommend Mike Caraman to help you navigate through the process. He's knowledgeable, friendly, laid back AND he listens. The finance guy, Clay, was also pleasant, likeable and easy to get along with. All the "slick" "hard-sell" stereotypes were shattered. I'm sure we left some stuff on the table, but we're not into hard-ball negotiations - and we left feeling all was fair enough. We got it made...
