Staff was thorough and polite. Dr. Martin was very informative, conscientious, professional, and really cared for my eyes. Only thing I was so disappointed in was their new policy “can’t bring in your own frames”.
I had a noon appointment and waited over 30 minutes for a contact lens fitting which took 30 seconds. The excuse of understaffing is getting old. I like Dr Martin a lot and one of the staff is very helpful and personable but I don’t remember her name. Hopefully with the 2 new staff members my next experience will be better.
