Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Was this chiropractor friendly? I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Did you experience excessive stiffness after visiting this chiropractor? Definitely not! I felt fantastic when I left! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this chiropractor's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Stephen Alexander, D.C. paid very close attention to me, is always respectful, and takes every thought and concern I have into consideration. I've never seen better care anywhere else! It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
