The staff at Dr. Malone's office is so friendly and helpful. I have been going there for 13 years and it always feels like going to see old friends. Dr. Malone is very professional and he always presents all of my options thoroughly, though I never feel pressured.
Knoxville Smiles aka Malone/Costa Dentistry is amazing. As soon as you walk in the door they treat you like family. Dr. Costa is awesome. He is very friendly and a fantastic dentist. I have a few issues with my teeth and Dr Costa and his staff made me feel good about everything they were doing. I highly recommend this dentist office to anyone!
As perfect as a trip to the dentist can be. Excellent attitude of all staff. Very welcoming and informative. Fixed the current issue and made plans for continued care.
My visit was for a cleaning with Shannon which I have about every ninety days . Dr. Malone saw to review the X-ray thatwas taken and make an adjustment to my bite. Evreything went well as always and my teeth look great. I look forward to my cleaning visits. Shannon has gentle hands but does an excellent cleaning. i am very happy with the ultrasound cleaning she introduced me to.
Great group of people very nice facility
They are always ready for me and happy to accommodate my needs. Shannon is engaging and competent as my hygienist, and strikes a nice balance between the business of my teeth and the pleasantries of my day. Dr. Malone takes the time to explain any procedures if they are needed and the long-term effects either way. Kim and the office staff are efficient and friendly.
Dr. Malone and all his staff are top notch. I highly recommend this dental office.
Absolutely excellent
Isabel is delightful and very thorough as she cleans my teeth. She is also very compassionate and makes certain her client is comfortable and pleased with the results. Everyone I’ve encountered has been friendly and gracious.
