He was caring and he really listened to me. He made me feel very comfortable. I was pleased with his assessment of my condition.
I had Right Hip replacement surgery. It was my 2 year follow up appointment. Through my whole experience, Dr Mendelsohn listened to my concerns, conveyed his findings then presented my options and answered all my questions thoroughly. Plus, added some comfort by lending some lightness and humor to his bedside manor. My surgery went well, and I am pain free and at 2 years, everything looks and feels great. Excellent Doctor and Surgeon.
Dr. Mendelson was straight forward and to the point with a side of humor informed me that I needed a double hip replacement. Took time to explain the surgery and answer all my questions and concerns. Also informed me that I have Mendelsons disease (bald head)! Looking forward to my new hips!!

I first visited this clinic in 2018. Dr Stephen Mendleson performed a partial knee replacement on my right knee. I was terrified before hand. I had a meniscus tear a few years prior and was treated at another clinic. The recovery from that surgery was extremely painful. Not long after I was told by that clinic that I would need a total knee replacement. For my first visit I would say that everyone was nice professional and courteous. He gave me a motivational speech which I found encouraging cuz he saw that I looked defeated. When the insurance company treats you like garbage and they're supposed to be on your side and you going through the pain of injury so fighting the pain of injury and your insurance company at the same time is a very defeating feeling. Not only would I trust Dr. Mendelson with my health, I trust him with my son's health, which perhaps says even more. Dr. Mendelson is knowledgeable, has a wonderful sense of humor, a great bedside manner, and a thoughtful clinical approach -- this coming from a physician myself. He was also willing to go the extra mile to help my son obtain a knee immobilizer when I experienced insurance related delays.
The visit was on time and no waiting and Dr. Mendelson was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made me feel like he really cared and took his time and answered all my questions. He also told a joke to lighten up the nervousness from seeing a new Doctor for the first time. His staff was very friendly and helpful.
