The Dr and staff are excellent. The problem I have is I am unable to pay my co pay when I checked in. It seems that Yale has taken out their credit card reader in most of their facilities. Forcing you to pay on my chart app. Everyone doesn’t have a my chart app and like me I don’t put credit cards information on my phone. Phone can easily gets stolen or hacked. I would appreciate it if they correct this issue thank you

Im truly grateful for the kindness and expertise of the medical staff there. I had been placed on a cancellation list and was called once they had a closer day for my appointment. I am so glad I went.
Dr. Schmidt was excellent! She made me feel welcomed and that she genuinely cared about my issue at hand, she went over things thoroughly with me and made sure that I knew and understood what was being done and what was going on. The rest of the staff was great as well and I would definitely recommend her to anyone! Thank you
