We listed our home too early in the year, so it took longer to sell. Stephanie was very helpful in communicating what we should do to stage the home for selling. She was very responsive and expressed her thoughts on some offers which worked out well for us in the end. This it not our first time using Stephanie, she sold our first house in 36 hours and helped us find the house we just sold.
