Stephanie was amazing at helping us find a home that met all our needs! She showed us several houses until we found the right one for our family! She gave us several suggestions on where to look that helped us expand our search area. She kept us informed every step of the closing process and made sure all of our questions were answered! Stephanie was absolutely amazing to work with! Always quick to respond and I could tell she really had my best interest in mind. She definitely made my home-buying experience much less stressful, especially since this was my first home-buying experience, and she was willing to walk me through all of the little details that I wasn't sure about. Stephanie gives me 120% effort, is always available even when given short notice, which I do frequently. Her Real Estate knowledge and ideas on where market trends are going, is impressive.

We have bought and sold a house with Stephanie twice in Lexington. She listens and understands what we are wanting. The houses we bought were her recommendations and we loved them both. She has our back in pricing and negotiating too. Wouldn’t use a different realtor in Lexington.

I loved that Stephanie listened to my needs in a home and didn’t pressure me to go outside of my budget or comfort zone (she actually made me stick to them more!) She was honest about houses that were in neighborhoods that I wouldn’t like and didn’t want me to waste my time on houses that she knew would not be up to my standards. She was aggressive with submitting my offer and without her I do not think I would have been able to purchase my house!
