Not getting adequate information. Found out after the second injection that I may have to come back for additional injections they should have been shared initially before this even started.

The doctor put a implant in me that was contraindicated for people with metal Allergies. She never asked me about metal allergies prior to the surgery or mentioned the contraindication. I’ve called to ask for input on what this implant means for me going forward but no response. ignored all of my phone calls. Apparent, she messed up and now is ignoring me.
Met Dr. Hsu in the ER after breaking my lower leg in three places. How fortunate I am that she was the ortho on call. Love her friendly demeanor and appreciate her pro-active PT regimen after surgery.
She did an awesome job of of repairing both of my rotator cuffs over 3 years. I had fallen landing on my hands and had made a mess of both shoulders. So glad I found her. Great bedside manner.
Dr. Hsu performed arthroscopic surgery on one of my knees whose meniscus was torn in several places. I also have severe arthritis in this knee. She repaired the meniscus as well as several bone spurs. This knee feels so much better now! She’s very thorough and she explains your situation patiently and clearly. She also has a great staff. I highly recommend Dr. Hsu!
Took my daughter to her due to having hip pain and leg pain. Xrays from Childrens Urgent Care showed some concerning stuff and we were advised to carry her to an Orthopedic Dr. Dr Hsu saw my daughter and reviewed the xrays and advised that she was not concerned and explained what was going on. Dr. Hsu did an ACL replacement using my hamstring. Wow, it has been five years and still doing wonderfully. So did so well that outside of the ability for me to tell when it is going to rain, ai can’t even tell I was injured! Dr. Hsu had a great personality and explained everything about the process. She was always available by telephone callback, and her assistant is really on top of the whole operation. Thanks for giving me my quality of life back!
