I would give a -5 stars if I could! DEPLORABLE TREATMENT I RECEIVED I received an aircast from Dr. Shu’s office along with instructions to stay off my leg for 6-8 weeks & to slowly start back walking on the leg & that my injury wasn’t “that bad”.... I did EVERYTHING SHE INSTRUCTED AND MORE.... This visit with her was in December 2019....& here we are in April. 2020... not only was Dr. Shu not thorough, but she misdiagnosed me. Dr. Hsu is a great physician; she has great bedside manners and did a great job on my rotator cuff repair.
Dr.Hsu is awesome. She really takes time to listen to you. Her staff is great as well. if you’re looking for caring,professional doctor, she is it. It isn’t often you find a doctor that listens and explains. Love her!!!
Dr Hsu is the most down to earth doctor I’ve visited. She is smart and kind on top of everything else. My whole family trusts her for our orthopedics. She has done numerous surgeries for us. She’s the best.
Dr. Hsu performed a reconstruction shoulder surgery in late March 2018. The post op care and PT was exceptional and the progress was as predicted. My impatience is the only short fall in the recovery. Now five months plus, and I'm playing golf once a week pain free. Other normal daily activities have resumed as well for a 67 year old male. Have I had to 'learn' to alter my previous activities; well yes, but not because of limitations but because at this age it makes sense.
Dr. Hsu repaired my shoulder. She is an excellent surgeon and has one of the best bedside manners I have ever observed in a doctor! I highly recommend her.
Dr. Hsu and Kristen are simply the best. I had to get distal bicep tendon surgery on both arms, and thanks to them, today I am better than new. Dr Hsu and Kristen are very knowledgeable, and with their warm demeanor took the time to personally relate to me and thoroughly explain the surgery and recovery process. They understood the need for me as an athlete to be active, and worked with my physical therapist to get me back on track ASAP.
I am a patient of Dr. Hsu and have the highest regard for her care. She is very qualified plus has a very pleasant personality.
Two words: Love her! She repaired my badly torn rotator cuff. Right from the beginning of my consult, she established herself as a pro. Excellent personality, extremely knowledgeable. Took her time with me and let me ask all the questions I needed. After I had the surgery, she and her nurse were always available for me. She was not fully satisfied with my Physical Therapist a few weeks into my therapy, so she personally got on the phone and got me in with a better therapist. She's great!
