Just like the other reviewer I found this office a nightmare to work with. I wish I would have read the reviews first. I saw Rebecca Eia, both times I had long waits, the second time I went and found her after 49 minutes. I got a bill for something I was told I would not be charged for. Even though I talked with billing five times, I received letters saying threatening collections for not communicating (all over less than $50). This "practice" is a nightmare manged by an unprofessional, inept individual. I had made an appointment weeks ago for care. I had verified with insurance carrier, hospital and office I was covered. When I got there I was not covered. They don't take cash and asked to leave in front a waiting room of patients. If they can't make an appointment how can they give "care"..In my opinion, the worst, ever.

I had a great experience with Dr. Nims. She has been my doctor for my two children. She takes the time to make sure that she does not miss anything. She also is willing to explain what she is doing and take the time to answer your questions. The staff is nice and you can also tell that the nurses in the hospital really respect her and have great confidence in her. I was lucky to find her.
