So glad I booked into see Joseph for some ongoing pain that I’ve had. We had a short time frame to work with as I am moving overseas but Joseph made sure that we got on top of my pain and has given me a plan going forward as prevention and to help build strength in the areas I need. I loved how we spent some treatment sessions in the gym and worked on technique. This has helped build my confidence with certain exercises! Thanks Joseph!
Step one Chiro is great. All the processes are streamlined - booking, paperwork, health rebate, next appointment, information, exercise demonstration and videos. It was fabulous to be adjusted and then be shown exercises in the gym (downstairs) to do between visits from the very first visit! Joseph is friendly, down to earth and very competent. What more could you ask for?
