RecommendedMy dog was very sick on my first visit here. The vet was so kind and she did everything she could for her. In the end I had to put my Sasha girl down the same day. She worked through her lunch to take care of us. They were able to return her ashes to me after a few days. They were professional, kind and caring. I highly recommend them, and will return someday with my next pal. Thank you so so much for your compassion!

I love and trust this clinic. Dr. Shaw and her staff are all amazingly loving and genuine with my dog and I so appreciate that. I have been taking my pets to Southgate for 16 years now and would highly recommend them.
I have been a client for 4 years now. I've had ups and downs with them and had taken the time and put in the effort to speak to the owner. But I'm at my wit's end. I've given them chance after chance and it just keeps getting worse. Now they've put my 22 year old cat at risk of not having her medication. When you hear apologies so many times, they no longer prove to be effective. Fix the problems and become more customer service oriented. very friendly handles your pet with care answers all your questions. they send reminders on wellness checks I feel great taking my pets.
I want to give a big Thank You to Dr. Stemper ! Our dog had an incident with another dog in the lobby Dr.Stemper immediately sprang into action, checked our dog and made sure he was ok. She was so professional, calm and re-assuring to me as I was so freaked out. Her calm, professional demeanor and take charge attitude made us feel that our dog was in good hands. We love 💕 our vets & techs .. We see Dr. Shaw & Dr.Jen ... they are so knowledgeable and friendly.. the vet technician Sydney was magical with the toe nail trim on my Dane . Who is super shy when it comes to nail trims .. I couldn’t say enough good things about the staff .
