Stellini Italian Restaurant, Hilton Head's "Little Italy" for 26 years! We are a small, family owned restaurant that serves very traditional, authentic Italian cuisine. Menu selections include pasta, chicken, veal, seafood and beef choices, some of our most popular dishes are Clams Casino, Homemade Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms, Rigatoni Bolognese, Penne Vodka, Chicken Parmigiana, Veal Saltimbocca, Lobster Carbonara, Zuppa di Pesce and Lamb Shank Osso Buco. Food is delicious! Enjoyed a Cobi fish special with crab imperial over angel hair pasta. Don't forget the blueberry cheesecake for dessert. It's heavenly.
We did not like our meals at this restaurant, chicken piccata tasted like the chicken had been soaked in water and sauce was too starchy, lasagna was too spicy and veggie pasta didn't have much taste. The waiter acted like he was tired and did not to friendly. We will not return.

We always have dinner at Stellini when we vacation in Hilton Head; the food has always been exceptionally good, the service outstanding. Saturday night we had yet another lovely dinner. Thank you so much.
