Stellini Italian Restaurant, Hilton Head's "Little Italy" for 26 years! We are a small, family owned restaurant that serves very traditional, authentic Italian cuisine. Menu selections include pasta, chicken, veal, seafood and beef choices, some of our most popular dishes are Clams Casino, Homemade Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms, Rigatoni Bolognese, Penne Vodka, Chicken Parmigiana, Veal Saltimbocca, Lobster Carbonara, Zuppa di Pesce and Lamb Shank Osso Buco. We had another great meal at our favorite Italian restaurant on Hilton Head. It's been here since 1989 and once you eat here you'll know why. The food is prepared perfectly. We had the three course special which included appetizer, salad, and entree with a glass of wine for $17.95. I had the mussels marinara appetizer and veal Marsala entree over capellini pasta which were delicious. The pasta was perfectly cooked and the veal was tender. Glad we stopped on our way home this trip.

Having grown tired of seafood and burgers during our trip to Hilton Head Island, we decided to locate an Italian restaurant away from the tourist traps. We found paradise in a place called Stellini. The food was magnificent: Caprese salad, mushrooms stuffed with homemade sausage, cheese ravioli, stuffed veal chop, linguini with sausages, and Grouperfella.
