Stellini Italian Restaurant, Hilton Head's "Little Italy" for 26 years! We are a small, family owned restaurant that serves very traditional, authentic Italian cuisine. Menu selections include pasta, chicken, veal, seafood and beef choices, some of our most popular dishes are Clams Casino, Homemade Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms, Rigatoni Bolognese, Penne Vodka, Chicken Parmigiana, Veal Saltimbocca, Lobster Carbonara, Zuppa di Pesce and Lamb Shank Osso Buco. Having grown tired of seafood and burgers during our trip to Hilton Head Island, we decided to locate an Italian restaurant away from the tourist traps. We found paradise in a place called Stellini. The food was magnificent: Caprese salad, mushrooms stuffed with homemade sausage, cheese ravioli, stuffed veal chop, linguini with sausages, and Grouperfella. I liked the quaintness. The staff is great and treat you like family. The food is outstanding and very well presented. I come to Hilton Head once a year in September. I discovered this hidden gem of a restaurant in 2014. When I came down this year I couldn't wait to have dinner here
