RecommendedHaving grown tired of seafood and burgers during our trip to Hilton Head Island, we decided to locate an Italian restaurant away from the tourist traps. We found paradise in a place called Stellini. The food was magnificent: Caprese salad, mushrooms stuffed with homemade sausage, cheese ravioli, stuffed veal chop, linguini with sausages, and Grouperfella. I liked the quaintness. The staff is great and treat you like family. The food is outstanding and very well presented. I come to Hilton Head once a year in September. I discovered this hidden gem of a restaurant in 2014. When I came down this year I couldn't wait to have dinner here
