Stellini Italian Restaurant, Hilton Head's "Little Italy" for 26 years! We are a small, family owned restaurant that serves very traditional, authentic Italian cuisine. Menu selections include pasta, chicken, veal, seafood and beef choices, some of our most popular dishes are Clams Casino, Homemade Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms, Rigatoni Bolognese, Penne Vodka, Chicken Parmigiana, Veal Saltimbocca, Lobster Carbonara, Zuppa di Pesce and Lamb Shank Osso Buco. excellent meal(s); impeccable service; fun & friendly atmosphere ... 1989 pricing a huge bonus - highly recommend.
Our favorite Italian restaurant in Hilton head. The gluten free pasta with vodka sauce was great. Lasagne and Cesar salad were one of the best my husband has ever had. We will be back. So glad we tried this hidden gem.
The third time we've been there and excellent as always. Go for the early bird special.

We have eaten at Stellini's numerous times when we come to Hilton Head from Atlanta. Always a good meal. We stopped and had a great dinner with our 4 year old, Sean. Our server, Stephanie, was very attentive and the food was good as always. Just wanted to let you know. We may come back in town in a couple of weeks. Hopefully, we can make time enough to stop by yet again!
