Stellini Italian Restaurant, Hilton Head's "Little Italy" for 26 years! We are a small, family owned restaurant that serves very traditional, authentic Italian cuisine. Menu selections include pasta, chicken, veal, seafood and beef choices, some of our most popular dishes are Clams Casino, Homemade Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms, Rigatoni Bolognese, Penne Vodka, Chicken Parmigiana, Veal Saltimbocca, Lobster Carbonara, Zuppa di Pesce and Lamb Shank Osso Buco. Ordered take out NO Utencils included, you have to ask! I have to ask? Perhaps asking the customer if they need any or even putting a spork would help! $24 for pasta that the birds can enjoy

hidden local place. family owned for 30 years. good is excellent. everyone had on masks and gloves. tables have been spaced out very safe... and for is excellent!
House made deserts, great specials and some of the best servers around.

Very good food. Couple from NJ owned it for 30 yrs. Wide menu. The only thing I was hoping they would have spurmoni ice cream for dessert. They didn’t but I just didn’t need any dessert anyways👍
