Stellini Italian Restaurant, Hilton Head's "Little Italy" for 26 years! We are a small, family owned restaurant that serves very traditional, authentic Italian cuisine. Menu selections include pasta, chicken, veal, seafood and beef choices, some of our most popular dishes are Clams Casino, Homemade Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms, Rigatoni Bolognese, Penne Vodka, Chicken Parmigiana, Veal Saltimbocca, Lobster Carbonara, Zuppa di Pesce and Lamb Shank Osso Buco. Best Authentic Italian Food On Hilton Head Island Stellini's Italian restaurant is the best authentic Italian restaurant on Hilton Head Island. The wait staff is exceptionable and the food is out of this world. Stellini's is a little hard to find, but it is well worth the extra effort. If you are looking for pleasant and relaxing evening out with great food this is the place to go.

As soon as we walk-in it smelled like musty cabin. Plastic flowers outside! The food was not that great! I had pasta primavera and my husband got the tortellini both were not that great The salad was a bag on mixed green with dressing! Won’t be back! The waitress was not friendly at all!!!
