I’ve had terrible experience with Stellar home care for months now ranging call offs they don’t provide back up for this. At one time went three weeks with nobody being told by Adrianna they would find a temporary caregiver and nobody came and I was without anybody or the person coming is late a lot and don’t stay later or leaving early and not making those hours up. We’ve had a great experience with Stellar Home Care. Everyone has been kind, responsive, and easy to work with. The caregiver has been wonderful, and it’s been a huge relief for our family.
Bethany and Esther have nasty attitudes and they are mad because they tried to give me a client that’s Weigh 400 pounds and he doesn’t have a Hoyer lift and they expected me to lift him by myself so when I refuse the case they terminated me for no reason this company is very bias towards people
