My family and I have been waiting for a month for this agency to staff hours for my mother. They only staffed half the hours by a family member. That family member notified Katherine that she quit. I started working for Stellar about 2 years ago and I had a whole lot of coordinators but they were all great. I don’t know if they are still there. I never had a problem with any of them . They were always available when I needed them. I haven’t had a client with Stellar for a year now and I just got a client . So I’m back now..
