No wait time. I arrived on time and was called immediately upon arrival.
The majority of the staff at the Stellar Dental Hyattsville location have consistently been outstanding. From Sandra’s knowledge of insurance policies to the exceptional customer service demonstrated by the majority of the staff members, I would highly recommend this practice. Dr. Gotora is amazing and I enjoy the pleasant interactions I have with the lovely hygienists at this location.
Excellent explanation of results, solicited for questions, and taught preventative measures and techniques to avoid future dental issues. Broke down costs of procedures pre- and post insurance so I knew what was coming out of my pocket and Referred two friends!
