Overall great. Most of all a Doctor who takes time to explain what's going on, has patience, takes pride in his work and really seems to care about his patients. Way to go Dr. Allen Gotora.

The dr is good with children.
I really like your service, no waiting long time for appointments,etc. I only suggest the crowns should be thinner.
I was not properly greeted I had to wait 36 minutes and I had to ask the front desk staff for paperwork to fill out.
No good with remembering names but everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable of what they were doing.
Staff were great and great service. They explained everything in details. However, the only thing is a big concern for me the place has flies in the waiting area and in the consultation room. This gave me chill, first time I saw a Dr. office with flies, please fix that issue because if I go one more time and I have to push flies away from the tools, I'll not come back.
The service was excellent! The only suggestion I could give is to have more insurance options available for the non-working patients and/or maybe a week out of every 6 months where the under-priveledged can be serviced with much lower rates.
