We usually have a wonderful experience however this time wasn't so great! Dental hygienist was very kind but too rough while flossing and cleaning teeth. Very heavy handed and needs to be more gentle. Also I clearly stated to 2 different hygienists that I didn't want fluoride on my children's teeth however, I believe they applied it to one of my children anyway. I pray this isn't true.
