Did not care for Dr Ed Steinman cause he told me I did not have enough money to go there cause he did not like my insurance which was a Medicare Advantage Plan. He wanted to know if I owned a house then he wanted to know what kind of car I drove. All of this was none of his business. This is the worst clinic I have ever experienced. I have never been so disappointed with the level of service provided. The staff do not know how to communicate professionally and take an extremely long time to respond to patients. Medication refills are not processed on time, causing unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. The most concerning issue was that my son did not receive a vaccine that he was supposed to get when he turned two years old. I had an appointment today where I brought up a longstanding issue that causes me discomfort. I've attempted to address it once in the past and was strongly discouraged from doing so again. It was like they were resisting the idea of trying to help me and thought that me living in discomfort was an acceptable outcome.
