I had an appointment today where I brought up a longstanding issue that causes me discomfort. I've attempted to address it once in the past and was strongly discouraged from doing so again. It was like they were resisting the idea of trying to help me and thought that me living in discomfort was an acceptable outcome. Very disappointed with my experience at this office. I waited 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment just to be taken back to a room. The nurse took my vitals and then left, and after that I never saw or heard from anyone else. After waiting a total of 40 minutes past my appointment time, I finally went to the front desk myself. There was no apology, no update about the doctor running behind, and no effort made to communicate with me during the wait. Instead, I was simply asked when I wanted to reschedule. Too OLDNo attention to care.
I’m happy I found this place 4 years ago because they allow parents freedom to choose on vaccinations. Nurses are nice too . However recently and I guess since they moved to new location the front desk and who ever answers the phone is almost always rude and impatient and snappy . Needs work on serving patients with welcoming voice and just needs work on being professional. Especially to newly post partum moms .
