I’m a landscape contracting company that needed service very quickly. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with this company. My regular plumber could not help us with a problem we had on the commercial job. My contact on this project recommended Stegall Plumbing as they have done work on this building before. I called Stegall today immediately when I noticed my heater had stopped working in todays 17 degree weather. They were so responsive to my needs and came quickly! My heater was repaired just in time for tonight’s 11 degree weather! Always so professional and courteous, the best. Would never use any other company!!
I have used them for maintenance and service for a decade. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I asked the technician to stop calling me to assist him over 36 times with things like flipping a breaker. I called corporate and all he did was say ma’am when he continued to call ME to be an apprentice. I confirmed twice the fee was $79 for a diagnostic and paid $279 and nothing was fixed.
