Poor communication skills at best. They promised to send the title work over to our loan officer so our loan could be approved. 48 hours after receiving the title they still have not sent it to our loan officer. On 6pm on a Friday, our loan officer was waiting in his office and let us know despite promises, no delivery. We always hear from the paralegal never the attorney. Your customer service is lacking hugely!
